By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pi999 platform — including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, e-sports betting, and all associated services available at pi999.org — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the pi999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and pi999 (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the pi999 platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access pi999, including mobile browsers on Jazz, Zong, Telenor, and Ufone networks, as well as broadband connections across Pakistan.

To register and maintain a pi999 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period in which your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated entity) and be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

pi999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approval of registration does not constitute a waiver of pi999's right to later verify eligibility and suspend or close an account found to be ineligible.

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) pi999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. pi999 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended immediately.

You are solely and entirely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your pi999 username and password.
• All activities, bets, and transactions conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, except where such activity results directly from a failure of pi999's own security systems.
• Ensuring that no third party, including family members, accesses or uses your pi999 account.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

If you suspect that your pi999 account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify pi999 Support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. pi999 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the affected account pending resolution.

pi999 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that show signs of irregular activity, including but not limited to: unusual betting patterns, suspected use of automated software, irregular login locations, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

pi999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of approved payment methods, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, NayaPay, USDT TRC20, Raast, and retail cash deposit. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits are processed subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed within the pi999 cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your pi999 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pi999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or telecommunications networks.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

pi999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. pi999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and may exclude certain Users from specific promotions.

The pi999 sportsbook and casino are governed by individual product rules in addition to these overarching Terms. By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on pi999, you confirm your acceptance of both these Terms and the applicable product-specific rules.

Sportsbook: All bets on the pi999 sportsbook, including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, basketball, and e-sports markets, are subject to pi999's Sports Betting Rules. Key principles include:

• Bets are accepted at pi999's sole discretion. pi999 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where a specific "Cash Out" feature is offered and the User elects to use it before the relevant event concludes.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, pi999's decision, made after review of available evidence, is final.
• pi999 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing, data feed errors, incorrect odds posting, or other circumstances that render the settlement manifestly unfair.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the pi999 sportsbook interface and are subject to change.

Casino & Slots: All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as stated by the relevant game provider and are independently audited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pi999 platform. Users found to have engaged in any of the below activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or maintaining more than one pi999 account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the pi999 platform without express written authorisation from pi999.

• Using pi999 in connection with any illegal activity under applicable law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to pi999's systems, databases, or networks.

pi999 reserves the right to withhold payment and/or recover funds from a User's account where any prohibited conduct is identified, even if such conduct is identified after a withdrawal has been processed. pi999 may pursue civil or criminal remedies in appropriate cases.

All content available on the pi999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, images, audio, video, betting odds data, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pi999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use pi999 solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any pi999 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, create derivative works from, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any part of the pi999 platform.
• Use pi999 trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written permission.
• Scrape, spider, or harvest data from the pi999 platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of pi999's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pi999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the pi999 platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Any content obtained from the platform.
• Unauthorised access to, use of, or alteration of your account or transmissions.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the pi999 platform or its third-party service providers.

pi999's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their pi999 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pi999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at pi999.org/privacy-policy. By using pi999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pi999 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, email address, postal address, payment method details, and betting and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and service improvement.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Ineligibility to hold a pi999 account, including being under the minimum age of 21.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with a zero balance inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed).
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations that require pi999 to cease providing services to a particular User.

Upon termination of your account by pi999 for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by pi999 for reasons unrelated to User misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.

You may close your pi999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting Support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified balance will be disbursed to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pi999 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pi999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

pi999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pi999 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active Users via email or an on-screen notification upon their next login.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the pi999 platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using pi999 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
